All Sales Are Final On Health & Beauty Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any health and beauty products. Once these items leave our facility. They can not be resold or reused.
Incorrectly Placed Orders
We do not accept refunds or returns on incorrectly placed order, but are unable to cancel or refund any for a change of mind.
Shipping Delays
We cannot issue refunds for shipping delays until 30 days after your order is placed. Since this is an international delivery, unforeseen logistics delays may occur beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at vitacacontact@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll be happy to replace the item or store credit if applicable.
