Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At DriveShield, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

Purchase Options:
All DriveShield Dashcams are available for purchase through our official online store. You may select from one-time payment options or limited-time promotional discounts (such as seasonal or early-access offers).

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our return policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at vitacacontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Changes to Orders:
If you need to update your shipping address or correct details, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships.

DriveShield reserves the right to decline or modify cancellations for orders that have already entered fulfilment or for promotional items that are final sale.
